Exodous 22:22 Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.
23 If thou afflict them in any wise, and they cry at all unto me, I willsurely hear their cry;
24 And my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and yourwives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.

Numbers 30:1 And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning thechildren of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.
2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul witha bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedethout of his mouth.
3 If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, beingin her father's house in her youth;
4 And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound hersoul, and her father shall hold his peace at her; then all her vows shallstand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
5 But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any ofher vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand:and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
6 And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought outof her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
7 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that heheard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound hersoul shall stand.
8 But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then heshall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with herlips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgiveher.
9 But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith theyhave bound their souls, shall stand against her.
10 And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bondwith an oath;
11 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed hernot: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound hersoul shall stand.
12 But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them;then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerningthe bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void;and the LORD shall forgive her.
13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband mayestablish it, or her husband may make it void.
14 But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day;then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her:he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that heheard them.
15 But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them;then he shall bear her iniquity.
16 These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a manand his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youthin her father's house.

Deuteronomy 10:17 For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords,a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nortaketh reward:
18 He doth execute the judgment of the fatherless and widow, and loveththe stranger, in giving him food and raiment.
19 Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land ofEgypt.

Deuteronomy 14:23 And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the placewhich he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, ofthy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks;that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always.
24 And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carryit; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall chooseto set his name there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee:
25 Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand,and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose:
26 And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after,for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoeverthy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, andthou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,
27 And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him;for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.
28 At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thineincrease the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates:
29 And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,)and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thygates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy Godmay bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.

Deuteronomy 24:17 Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, norof the fatherless; nor take a widow's raiment to pledge:

Deuteronomy 24:19 When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, andhast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: itshall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that theLORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands.
20 When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughsagain: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
21 When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not gleanit afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and forthe widow.
22 And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt:therefore I command thee to do this thing.

Deuteronomy 26:12 When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes ofthine increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast givenit unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that theymay eat within thy gates, and be filled;
13 Then thou shalt say before the LORD thy God, I have brought away thehallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite,and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according toall thy commandments which thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressedthy commandments, neither have I forgotten them.

Deuteronomy 27:19 Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger,fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen.

Job 24:11 Which make oil within their walls, and tread their winepresses,and suffer thirst.

23 For destruction from God was a terror to me, and by reason of his highnessI could not endure.

Isaiah 1:17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judgethe fatherless, plead for the widow.
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sinsbe as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson,they shall be as wool.

Isaiah 1:23 Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: everyone loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless,neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.

6 If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shednot innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to yourhurt:

Jeremiah 22:3 Thus saith the LORD; Execute ye judgment and righteousness,and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong,do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shedinnocent blood in this place.
